I have known and worked with Chris for over 20 years in various roles and companies and can say that he is a very knowledgeable and dedicated member of any team. Were you happy with your survey: We are very happy with our survey and the entire process of having a survey done with Chris at ICC. As first time buyers purchasing an older property, we wanted to ensure that our survey identified any potential issues. Chris was incredibly helpful and very patient, and gave us the option of including estimated costs for any repairs within our report, which we found extremely helpful. He sent over a sample survey so we knew what to expect and the survey results are really easy to understand and work through, which was also very important to us given that this is our first experience of having a survey done.
Was there anything that was not covered: Everything was covered in great detail
Was your surveyor helpful: Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and has been very responsive at all times – we had some questions after we received our report and he got back to us so quickly.
Did you get your Survey promptly: We received our survey back within 48 hours of having it done and received prompt, detailed replies to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process.

It found some roof problems that required repairs, costing several times the survey fee so that was worthwhile.
